Still Light Farm is located on Lopez Island off the coast of Washington State. Our forty-two acre parcel is owned in perpetuity by the Lopez Community Land Trust as part of their sustainable agriculture program, and we have a ninety-nine year lease on the land. Our mission is to offer resilient food and seeds to our local community, using ecological practices that prioritize biodiversity. We grow specialty dry beans and grains, which are available seasonally by pre-order as the harvest comes in. Our small scale plant nursery grows regionally adapted vegetable and herb starts, selected for flavor and resilience.
