We grow specialty dry beans here on our farm on Lopez Island. Each variety we grow has been carefully selected for flavor, resilience, and adaptability to our maritime climate. Crops are available by pre-order as the harvest comes in, which makes for fresh and deeply flavorful beans. While we are not organic certified, we grow our crops using organic and ecologically sustainable practices.
